PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT OFFER RETURNS FOR WATCHES THAT WERE CUSTOM OR BESPOKE MADE, WE CAN ONLY OFFER FREE EXCHANGES.

 

Our Returns Process:

 

 

1. Initiate Your Return: To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at info@timepiecemods.com . Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.                                           

2. Condition: Please ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

3. Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. However, we offer free return shipping labels for eligible returns. These labels will be provided to you upon request.

4. Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 1 day.

 

 

 

Conditions for Returns:

 

 

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. We are happy to repair or exchange any faulty items too (free of charge)!

 

 

Exchanges:

We also offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for the item you wish to exchange and placing a new order for the desired item.

 

Cancellation due to a change of mind:

Please note, if you decide to cancel your order whilst it is in the process of being built, or once it has been built, there will be a £40 fee due to the labor and parts/postage used during the process. If you would like to cancel an order please notify us within 24 hours after the purchase time, so that we can cancel it without a fee.
